Attend this workshop and explore proven strategies to identify and recruit new board members, then integrate them effectively into your board. Karen Csejtey, Executive Director of Leadership Monterey Peninsula, has over 30 years experience with the nonprofit sector and small business enterprises. She has worked as an executive director, board member, program director, and volunteer. She also has an active organizational development training and consulting practice.
